Busy? Keep it to yourself pls

Sometimes, when I look at my contact's pm or status on msn or even on fb, I could not help but LOL

I'm just amazed at how busy some people are. Until they are willing to list out every single activity/event which they are involved in and type it out in their pm. And there are those who even put the date of every single event/activity @@ Once a while to me is fine, too many times is argh.

e.g. a very busy week ahhhh :17/3 xxx meeting, 18/3 xxx meeting,19-21/03 xxx event, 22/03 xx midterm, 23/03 xxx meeting, 24/03 xxx lab report hand in omg omg omg omg i wan die liao

I know that everyone is busy in their own way. Perhaps these people thinks they are busier than normal busy people, or perhaps this is a competition of "Who is the busiest and has the fulfilling life of all ". lol. I don't know.

But I do know that I just find it funny yet irritating at the same time. I would be thinking at the back of my mind "Gawd, these people has nothing better to do is it?" and "Thank God I'm not as busy as them" instead of admiring how busy their life are.

No offense here yea :)

Random Updates

I'm bored, so I feel like blogging to kill time, but I don't know what to blog about. So I decided to blog on random updates about my life!

Haha. I know it is lame -.- . But whatever :D

The Lame Updates:
1. I have just turned down a job interview with a company which I'm interested in. My first choice in fact. (hint: a company which is very famous among bloggers like me, which you can find it in my blog too xD) cause I'm not interested in the job requirements offered. I was really in a dilemma in choosing between a good company which I like and my interest in learning the skills which I want to learn throughout my internship period. So yea, hope I won't regret my decision =)

2. I want to learn more new languages! But not human language, is web programming language :p Like Flash, Macromedia, PHP, HTML, etc. cause I'm interested in web design and development :D . (Yay.. finally I found what I'm interested in IT xD)

3. I have just received a strange phone call this afternoon from Law Society regarding the bantings of JPW event at CLC Concourse . But the funny thing is I'm no longer with that club, so I wonder why did they call me and who gave them my contact and name -.- Hmmm weird.

4. I need to download more new songs ! Especially English and Japanese songs. I don't really fancy Mandarin songs, no offence. I keep listening to the same songs over and over again -.- lol.

5. I'm still addicted to Pet Society, and a new app Guess the Sketch :)

6. Getting bored with Friendster and using more of Facebook! I'm sure almost everyone thinks this way too now..;)

7. This sem I have a very tough assignment, which I have mention in previous post. Honestly, til now I'm still freakingquite blur on what and how are we suppose to develop the system from scratch. Worry mode ON.

8. I'm into long baby-doll-spaghetti-strap-flaring type of blouse recently xD. And I love Padini blouses very much..! They're so casual yet pretty&feminine at the same time :)

9. Momoe..! a 2 month plus female miniature schnauzer pup. Very cute but loves to bite people -.-

10. It's **:** am now! Sleeeeep! Zzzzzzz..

Changes

Sometimes.. I still find it hard to accept the changes which are happening around me now.
It just feel... weird.Like, not the same anymore.
I guess I am just too used to the old ways
Perhaps I need more time

It depends on how people accept these changes

Random Again

I'm supposed to be studying for my finals now but I can't seem to concentrate again =.=''. I'm having 2 papers on the 9th and the worst part is that have not even started studying for both subjects. omg what is happening to me la?? Really in a Holiday mood+ CNY mood now instead of Finals mood xD


Just now when I was checking my blog, I noticed something which caught me by surprised.

My google pagerank went up from 2 to 4!! =D , O_O

Haha, was not expecting that. For those who don't know wth I'm talking about, " PageRank is Google's way of deciding a page's importance. It matters because it is one of the factors that determines a page's ranking in the search results. It isn't the only factor that Google uses to rank pages, but it is an important one. Gossip Girl!

I have watched finish Gossip Girl S01 at last! took around two months to finish watching the whole season, since sem break =X . No it's not that the drama is boring or anything, in fact I heart GG ^^, but at the same time I was watching 1 anime and 1 jap drama so that is why it took me so long to finish it. lolx .

So now I'm in Season 2. Yay. But I'm stuck at ep04 =( coz someone won't give me the rest of it unless I finish my assignment. Mean :(

my favorite characters in this drama: Blair and Chuck Bass !! :) they look so cute together. hehe. Another favorite couple is Serena and Dan :) I also enjoy looking at the different sense of fashion in each of them, especially Blair and Serena. It certainly reflects their personalities, the way they dress. I likey :)

And I kinda crazy bout Chuck Bass now. Not the looks. But he's an interesting guy and love the way he talks. Got style wei XD

Just found out something. Well, my patience has reach its limit. I think I have had enough of this. I do not wish to spend my remaining one and the half year in university feeling stressed up and angry over some immature bitch person. I've put up with this bitch person's actions long enough no matter how she treat me. Enough is enough. I want to leave mmu with happy memories, not bitter memories. It is not worth it!

I'm Not Perfect~

The main advantages of writing a blog are we can freely express our thoughts and feelings whenever we feel like it. Different people have different way of writing and expressing in their blog. For me, I know that I don't use perfect English when blogging. I'm more comfortable in using Manglish instead of flowery and bombastic words, because this is just the way I am when I talk in daily conversations. I don't go checking in every single post whether I made any grammar mistake, or go checking the best dictionary what bombastic word I should use in my blog just to impress people. What the heck, we're not writing essays for English exam here.

I've my own way of expressing myself. So please do not judge my English just from the way I blog.

"Promises"

I learn something today..

Never give your word to anyone, especially friends, if you're not too sure whether you can keep that word of yours or not. If you're not too sure of something, don't give the answer "Yea, maybe can gua.." 'cause it sounds like you might be able to do it. Maybe something like "Well, I can't promise you anything, but I'll try my best la " sounds better :D

Actually this kind of thing has happen N times, but sometimes, in order not to give this person too much hope, and yet not to totally reject his request, we sometimes make "promises" which we fail to keep in the end. Like today, I've a tough time thinking how to settle this small misunderstanding, which in the end I've to break the news to him by telling him the truth. Luckily, he is very understanding and nice enough to understand our situation =) ,and in the end he pulled out. But yet, deep down inside me, I felt bad for being such an irresponsible person and for giving him "hope" in the first place.

So now, in near future, I'm not going to make those "promises" to people anymore. Something which I'm sure I can accomplish, I will confidently give my word to them. But if I'm not too sure of something, I rather just say "No" politely, than to FFK @ fong fei kei @ fly kite at the last minute !

ps. This is just solely my personal opinion ;)

I guess I've still got alot more to learn on how to built good relationships and also learn some anger management techniques. Relationships are very fragile and I do not want to lose someone important to me before I regret.
