Diet for Fat Belly


It is everyone dreams to own a flat belly, especially for the fairer sex as we are more self-conscious about our body image. This goes the same for me. Recently I have discovered that I have gained some extra unwanted weight due to my less than healthy lifestyle and the worst part is the weight gain goes to the belly. As a university student, I have not been able to find the time and motivation to exercise due to classes to attend, exams, assignments to rush and extra curriculum activities, all which take up most of my time here. By the end of the day, I just don't have the energy to exercise anymore.
