Muar Trip

Yesterday after our last paper, the seven of us (k5, Sam, Jo, Sharon, Nic, Crystal and me) decided to go to Muar to have our dinner there. It's about less than an hour drive from Malacca and because it's Sharon's hometown too, she brought us around to eat all the delicious food in Muar ^^.

Our first stop is at a Chinese restaurant(forgotten the name). The food here is great! But quite expensive though. Just a claypot mee hoon soup and 2 side dishes cost about rm70.

After finishing our food, Sharon brought us to a famous bakery at Muar called Yong Sheng Gift Shop and it was newly opened not too long ago. Gosh the building is huge! Doesn't look like a bakery at all XD. It looks more like a small shopping mall. lolx. And their service at the bakery is really good. Hm too good perhaps. They serve their customers with green tea and all the promoters (around 8 of them) are very efficient. By just looking at the biscuits, they'll rush up to you with the samples to let you try. A good marketing strategy to make us feel guilty if we don't buy their stuff ;-)

So in the end, Jo and I shared to buy these

Next, we went to some random food court to buy some otak-otak ( Muar is famous for their otak-otak).

Then we went to have supper at a Malay food court to eat ikan bakar (the main reason why k5 wants to come to Muar XD). The ikan bakar here taste really great ^^. One of the best ikan bakar I've eaten so far. Later we drop by at Sharon's house for awhile before heading back to Malacca. Thanks Sharon for bringing us around =)

THANK God tomorrow is my last day of exam!!! I don't know how much longer I can stand it already la! I'm deprived of my sleep!! @.@

Hm, but there's 2 papers though. Operating System *sweat* and Chess * double sweat* . But who cares, as long as exam is finish!! XD

Belajar...

The papers on my desk will be thrown away right after finals.

For the past 1 week my eyes have been glued to the laptop screen for almost 24/7. And I'm getting lesser sleep nowadays as my next paper draws nearer. Getting up as early as 7.30am and sleeping at 3am, damn this is pure torture. And I'm still left with 4 freaking papers.

I hate my exam timetable T.T

The Satisfaction of Cooking

Sad to say, I've never cooked before in my entire life, not until I came to MMU to study. So after learning how to fry an egg and cook spaghetti, I've decided to cook a simple and decent meal for dinner yesterday night! Thanks to my mum for teaching me the steps of cooking! lolx

My interest in cooking is growing !! =)

Am blogging from the hospital now using their Wifi connection. Sighh.. planned to study for tomorrow's paper here but I just can't seem to concentrate!! Too much distraction here.
